Let heaven and men and devils,

let them all, all, all cry shame against me,

yet I'll speak.

About Me

How it all began

image2

When I was about 8 or 9 I used to sneak into the kitchen and eat a whole sleeve of Oreos while my mom hopped into the shower. When she asked why the Oreos were disappearing so fast I'd shrug my shoulders and say I had no idea.

Since I was young I caught the performing bug. From violently trembling as I auditioned for a children's production of Alice and Wonderland to hopping across the pond to England to further my skills with an MFA in Acting, my journey has been an exciting one.  I will be continuing my acting (and Oreo eating) endeavors in NYC this September.

I aspire to be the on stage version of a cross between Amy Poehler and Zooey Deschanel.

Reviews

Othello

"It is left to the hoodwinked Emilia (Marilyn Wallace), Iago’s wife and Desdemona’s maid to finally expose the course of his villainy. Wallace plays her part with dutiful humility till the very end, when she summons up a breathtaking tirade against Iago and Othello that has nothing less than a huge wow factor attached to it."

Harper Regan

"Marilyn, is a pleasure to have in the rehearsal room. Her open approach to creating and ability to play is first class, and she is constantly responsive and adaptable to the work we are creating. Marilyn is fun and a positive energy to be around. She helps wherever she can and is a wonderful listener."

"I was really delighted by your work in the final performance of Harper Regan. In key scenes you began to truly ‘live’ on stage: the work was strongly driven, organic and spontaneous and you were able to tap into the emotional experience of the character in a way that I have not seen you do before."
